If you are not able to travel to one of the above clinics then it may be possible to arrange a home visit - please telephone me so that we can discuss the matter.
When calling to make an initial appointment please telephone (0118) 962 9395. Do not telephone the clinics themselves. This is because I need to send you a questionnaire to fill in.
Payment
Payment may be made by cash or cheque - please remember to bring your cheque book.
The fees for an initial consultation cover a detailed analysis of your questionnaire, the consultation itself and the completion of a comprehensive printed report.
If you are unsure whether or not nutritional therapy is for you then please telephone me on (0118) 962 9395 for a free, no-obligation chat. If I consider that it may be unsuitable in your case or that a different therapy may be better suited then I will tell you.
Tests and Supplements
Please note that medical tests and/or supplements are not included in the above fees.
As part of your nutritional programme I may recommend supplements. You can either purchase these yourself or I can arrange for them to be delivered to you. In the latter case, payment must be made at the end of the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Please try to give at least 48 hours' notice if you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment as I have to book a room in the clinic. I regret that if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice you will be charged 50% of the full consultation fee.
Private Healthcare Providers
Fees, particularly those for medical tests, can often be reclaimed from private healthcare providers provided that the invoice is countersigned by your GP.
