I am married and have lived in Woodley for over 20 years. Originally I worked in the IT industry but developed an interest in nutrition after my wife experienced a number of health problems that were largely resolved as a result of her consulting a nutritional therapist. Eventually I decided on a complete career change and trained as one myself.

I have completed a 3 year diploma in nutritional therapy at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London and am a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) which imposes a strict Code of Ethics and Practice on its members. Furthermore, I am also listed on the register of practitioners held by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the body which regulates a number of complementary healthcare professions, including that of nutritional therapy.

I engage in “Continuous Professional Development” which means I attend regular lectures and seminars in order to keep up to date with all the latest research, findings and practices in nutritional science. I am also fully insured for private practice.
