If you are not able to travel to one of the above clinics then it may be possible to arrange a home visit - please telephone me so that we can discuss the matter.

When calling to make an initial appointment please telephone (0118) 962 9395, do not telephone the clinics themselves. This is because I need to send you a questionnaire to fill in.
